one of the best cloth pad out there – This is, imo, one of the best cloth pad out there. To give you a bit of info, I’ve been playing cs ever since its debut in 1999, switched to 1.6 in 2001 and haven’t played any other game ever since. 1.6 is the benchmark to test any mousepad, for it puts anyone to the ultimate test in skill and precision. Therefore, when it comes to mousepad you want a hard pad, a plastic one that doesn’t feel ‘sticky’ or ‘tacky’, or anything like you just throw a bubblegum under your mouse, which cloth pad exactly does. But there is a problem: You can’t flip em over or roll em up, or you’ll damage them. A compromise must be made in order to carry it in your bag. My search began here. Rule of thumb: anything that comes even remotely close to my func 1030 wins. The closest so far has been zowie’s g-tf speed. There’s simply no other cloth pad that comes close apart from those artisan offerings, they feel exactly like a hard pad but with a bit more control. But damn it, these tfs also exhibit many hard pad behaviours: they don’t lay flat after you roll em up.

Great Quality Mouse Pad – This mouse pad is 5 out 5 stars for me. The overall quality for what you pay is pretty amazing. I was skeptical at first because it was pretty cheap, but after getting the product I was very happy with the quality. Compared to other expensive mouse pads of this size, this one has many desirable features. The edges are stitched and do not fray and the bottom is rubberized so it doesn’t slide around on my desk. The only small issue that I have is that things like your fingernail or metal or pretty much anything, kind of leaves a dull streak on the mouse pad. This would be a bigger problem for me but they wipe out really easily so no big deal. Overall really satisfied.

Best mouse pad – I’m a complete snob when it comes to mouse pads. I bought this because I can tell the fabric was top notch and the stitched edge was a mark of quality. I loved it so much I bought another one for the other side of my desk just to throw stuff on. After ~5 years of ownership the fabric is still in perfect quality and due to the stitching, it doesn’t peel on the edges like cheap pads. Cleans up easily with warm water and looks like new every time.

Just buy it. – Wow, who’d have thought that using a decent mouse pad could totally transform your gaming experience? Maybe that seems like a no-brainer, but I put off buying a real mouse pad for way too long. I’ve had a gaming PC hooked up to my TV for a couple years now. I started out playing more chill games that didn’t require precision or fast reaction, then got more into FPS games and started using a wooden side table as a mousing surface, then my couch cushion. The couch eventually got saggy and pilled so I started using textbooks, cardboard boxes, and eventually an aluminum mouse pad. The aluminum was slick and fast, but always got really moist and sticky. I had a hard time figuring out where to go from there, since I wanted something large, fabric but smooth, sweat-friendly but not super absorbent, and something that could provide a rigid surface. Well, it seems that pretty much all totally rigid mouse pads are non-absorbent and end up sticky and slimy, which REALLY throws off mouse tracking. This mouse pad solved all of my problems! The regular size is pretty huge, so I never feel like my mouse is going to dive off the edge. It’s not rigid, but it has a perfectly sticky bottom so I throw it on a something hard for my couch-desk and it works perfectly. It’s plenty smooth but has just enough porosity to allow sweat and hand slime to not throw off the mouse whatsoever. Imagine that. Gaming is a 100% better experience, and I’ve started playing much better in BF1. Highly recommended, and feels very well made- it’s a sturdy neoprene (like a wetsuit) type material. Not like the cheapo fabric mousepads you probably grew up using in the public school computer lab. If you’re confused by the vast array of mousepads out there, just do yourself a favor and pick this one up.
