Great mouse with literally no downsides. – After many years of using the original Sensei mouse, the surface was peeling off and I figured it was time for something new. It’s hard to find a mouse with ambidextrous thumb buttons that can be independently mapped (it’s basically this or the Razer Viper), and after a long search I found myself gravitating right back to the Steel Series. In the end, I bought a Razer Viper for the road, and this SteelSeries Sensei Ten for home use.

Works great! – Bought this for my son. Mostly plays World of Warcraft and Overwatch. Got it when his Razer mouse died and they wouldn’t replace it even under warranty. He likes this better at a fraction of the cost. Win-win!

Almost Identical to Old Model – I had an old sensei ten that I got in free 2014 in a contest. In January 2022, the primary click finally gave up the ghost. I play games frequently but I wouldn’t say I’m particularly hard on gaming equipment. I don’t rage often or click forcefully out of anger. I play FPS games, and panic click, so it has been through some stress. But I also play a lot of RTS and city builders. I’m pleased with how long it lasted.

– This mouse’s scroll wheel is guaranteed to fail, and Steelseries won’t warranty it.
P. S (verified owner)–
– I’ve now bought two of these mice and they both failed in the exact same way: the wheel first starts getting squeaky, then it starts sending random scroll events, until you cant use the mouse at all.
