Best Headset I’ve owned – Wow. I’m not one to write reviews, but wow. These are great headphones. I had the Steel Series arctis 7 prior to these and the difference is night and day, which is shocking. Yes, these are the refurbished, but they could be brand new for all I know. They are great.

Surprisingly good Refurbish – Ive had these for about 6 months now and have enjoyed them quite a bit. Im coming from a razer nari wireless headset and the sound quality is so much better. The cable is a bit of a nuisance but as is for every cabled headset so i knew what i was getting myself into. I like the control knob a lot but if you dont watch out for it its very easy to adjust the volume on accident and blow your ears out. Im able to hear my toddler through the headset which is not bad for me but may be for those who dont have responsibilities outside of headphone use.

Nice headphones and a Honest review – Good headphones with the steel series software. 2 problems, 1) there’s a manual sound adjuster for chat and gaming. The knob for the sound adjuster is easy to slide and that’s my problem. If it isn’t taped down it would just move side to side. 2) the wire to connect your headset to your computer needs a USB slot. I went out and bought a usb hub but even then I have a free aux port that could have been used. Overall 8.5 headset, I had a arctic 1 before and it’s a modest step up
