Didn’t work – They did not work out of the box. The right ear did not produce any sound even after hours of adjusting settings and trying to get them to work.

A great budget headset! – This product has it’s pros and cons. I tried it on 3 different games on an Xbox series X console. The first thing I noticed was the small packaging. It was wrapped securely in the box in bubble wrap. When I removed the headset from the box I noticed q nice weight to the product. This can be a pro or con , as it might feel heavy for someone who uses them for longer gaming sessions. I also haven’t seemed to be able to adjust the headset length. Though that may be user error on my part. Overall I enjoyed the headset and I would purchase it for myself. The headset has great sound, very comfortable ear cups and they’re protected by a decent plastic shell. I received the pink and they’re a beautiful color. The cord length to connect to the xbox controller is very generous. The cord connects via a 3.5 mm jack and can be used on computer, PC , Xbox and more. So it’s a great headset to use for multiple purposes. My only con for this is the adjustable head strap . For people with large heads, there may be an issue with tightness or the cups to not cover the ears properly. Some users may want to adjust the sound on their devices as right out of the box the sound is very clear but very loud. Again, I was very pleased with this headset and I do recommend them to anyone looking for a budget headset with surround sound.

I was worried that the headset was going to be mini sized, but was pleasantly surprised when I pulled them out. They’re definitely compact and fold up easily, but are surprisingly sturdy and seem well made. I got them for my 9 year old son and so far he loves it. He uses it to chat with his buddies when he plays on the Xbox One. He said the ear covers are really comfy, and he’s worn them for up to 2 hours at a time. The noise canceling effect is phenomenal. I honestly thought he was just ignoring me when I told him it was time to stop playing, so he made me try them on! I literally could not hear anything at all. Overall we are really happy with these and would recommend them!

LOVE these! – The first thing you notice when you take these out of the box is how soft the ear pads are. Definitely great for hours of playing games. The second was the nice braided cord.

Decent for the price – This gamer headset looks exactly as pictured. It’s large enough for adults but would also fit kids, as it is adjustable. It has decent noise quality but does not get very loud. The mic is decent as well for the price but does not pick up as well as more expensive models and has a lot of background noise that gets through. There is some noise cancellation, but not much. There isn’t surround sound with these earphones as expected, but they do work with my PS4. I would recommend these for kids who play games on computers/tablets/phones but not so much for gaming on a console. They are a good value for the price.

Good sound and mic. – Got these for my daughter as she just recently got into gaming with her friends. She absolutely loves the headset especially the fact they’re pink and very well built. I tried these out on my PS5 an I was pretty surprised how good they sound. I use a turtle beach gen 2 700 an this SG500 gaming headset by far is louder with deeper bass. You can clearly hear footsteps in Call of duty an tell which direction they’re coming from. Can even hear enemy players reload if they’re close. When using the mic in a party chat I had no complaints and some could even tell I was using a different headset because of how much clearer I came across. The mic boom is not too loose but not too stiff it’s just right. It has a fairly long cord which is braided and has a volume control with a mic mute switch. Ear pads are decent could be a tad bit softer and headset is a little tight at first but after a few uses it’ll loosen up. My one gripe would be I wear glasses and these got uncomfortable after a few games but my daughter does not an is able to wear them for couple hours of okay before heat becomes a factor. These are absolutely great for the price and if it weren’t for them being uncomfortable while wearing glasses I would of given them 5 stars.
