mute switch stopped working out of nowhere – I’ve enjoyed this set very much up until now. It randomly just stopped letting me mute for work calls and stuff. Seems like too much of a hassle to get in contact about it. Purchasing a different headset and spending a little more. I’m sure many people have had an excellent purchase. Just luck of the draw at this price

Terrible and worthless, don’t buy – Doesn’t have active noise cancellation but isolates noise well. Good sound quality for the price and is the perfect gift

Works well with PS5 Gaming or Video streaming – These headsets have good sound quality and feature a long cord with volume and mic buttons. I can still hear conversations within the room while using them which works fine for me as I can hear when someone needs to talk with me. It also allows me to listen to my shows or play games while others are sleeping or watching their shows in the other room.

Volume levels – For the price you are paying you should expect low quality. The quality is low but for the price you pay you cannot complain about it too much. It’s like buying a pair of Skullcandy headphones, very good price and fair enough sound quality. Great starter kit for someone young and just starting to game.

Great headphones for the price! – This is my first pair of actual gaming headphones, and they aren’t bad at all, especially at the price point. The sound is good, and easy to control with the sound adjuster on the connection wire. Don’t get my wrong, it doesn’t compare to my Beats, but I’ve been playing WOW for the last 6 weeks with them, and they have been great! The only complaint I have with them is the band starts to hurt the top of my head after awhile, so I have to remember to lift them up a bit.
