Had to order replacement immediately. – When I got my first headset it would not turn on or charge. No LED indicator for charging. I used multiple chargers and outlets but nothing worked. I read that this is actually not an uncommon issue for this headset, which is sad. Ordered replacement. When attempting to charge the headset would say “power on” and then turn off about every 10 seconds but showed no LED charge indicator. This again is also not uncommon. I left it to sit in another room and after about an hour it actually started to charge. After full charge it works great and the sound quality is nice but it was annoying to deal with and for such a big brand to have dropped the ball so hard is crazy to me. These should not be regular problems people see in a $100 headset. When it works, it does great but you may want to look at other options with less issues.

Just wish the headset brand I really enjoy didn’t drop the ball so hard on this.
