Would be great if it held a charge – I’ve only had it for a couple of days but so far I’m liking this keyboard. The only issue that I’m currently having is that it won’t hold a charge. I left it plugged in overnight and when I disconnected the power cord, nothing worked. I can only use it when it’s plugged into a power source which technically takes away from it truly being “wireless”. I’ve contacted the company for assistance so my rating may change depending on the results. My only other complaint is that the keys aren’t as bright as I might like but I love all the color varieties.

Don’t let the charger break – I liked this product. The lights weren’t very bright, but it’s wireless, no big deal. I mostly used it as a corded keyboard, using the included cord/charger, however I enjoyed the ability to remove it from my desktop at will because my desktop is also my creative space.

Not perfect but good enough for most people – They keyboard works great. The only bad thing is that it is not very bright. It is just bright enough that you can see it in a dark room but not during the day. For the price it is good enough for most people.

Shipping, Packaging and Product Review – As my headline says, I was disappointed as a Prime member that the Redragon K503 took 8 days to arrive from the date of purchase. I’ve had other Amazon Prime items delivered in 2 days (even with COVID-19 rules about priority) that were not under the priority list. When you are paying $120 monthly for Prime it is a disservice to customers to have big delays like this. I’m near a Fulfillment and Sorting center (under 12 miles) so 8 days to me is excessive. The seller could have done much better, and it’s why I could not in good conscience give 5 stars accross the board.

Feels very nice like a regular office keyboard but with the frills of LED lighting – The keys feel super nice and easy to press. I’m really happy that it’s the same key layout as a typical office keyboard since I’m more of a casual gamer and work/type way more than I play games.
