Great hard to mistake for brand new – Great condition, different packaging and no mic cover but still amazing. Headset it’s self comes in mint condition. Make sure to check product description usually determines what your results will be. Amazing

Microphone won’t work – The headset is connected audio for game and friends is good but they can’t hear me. I tried everything, I tried to see if I muted myself every possible way, I tried updating the firmware, I tried troubleshooting it, I tried disconnecting and reconnecting, I tried the razer app on the xbox store and absolutely nothing, name it and I tried it. And I tried contacting Razer but they don’t have support team (or at least they’re in hiding.) And I know the mic works cause I have mic monitoring on and I can hear myself. Sad I really like this mic and want to keep using it but I want my buddy’s to hear me say something.

Great for Xbox, absolutely horrible for literally anything else. – So, I bought this to use as a PC gaming headset/cool looking pair of bluetooth headphones to go out into public with. It connected to and worked completely fine with my Xbox, but the second I used it on anything else, severe problems arose. First of all, you need an Xbox Wireless Adapter to use the headset on PC for anything other than -purely- audio. If you try to voice chat over bluetooth it’ll mute all other audio. This would be fine if it actually came with the adapter like the PS5 version does, but it doesn’t. Another thing that this headset won’t do that the PS5 version will is connect to the Chroma app on mobile and Synapse on PC for RGB lighting. Do you want to use this headset in public without RGB? Too bad, it’ll literally just flash white repeatedly with no option to turn it off. There’s also -really- bad noise bleed, to the point where you can clearly hear the headset on medium volume from a room away. Oh, and if you connect it to your Xbox, it’ll automatically turn the Xbox on with no option to disable the feature. You’ll get really bad handset quality audio through bluetooth devices if it’s connected to the Xbox The only solution I’ve found for this is literally unplugging the Xbox every time I want to use it with a different device There’s also no button to turn off the RGB, how hard is it to implement an on/off switch on a headset that’s this expensive? It’s absolutely laughable that the original price for the item was around 180 dollars.
