Worked great and then didn’t! – We bought these based on the great reviews. The my worked well when they did and then started having shorty sound. They no longer work and I am unable to contact anyone. It says guaranteed for 1 year however it’s been 10 months and there is no support. How can this be?!!

Was a great headset… until I broke it. – I loved this headset. It was the first gaming headset I owned (before this, I had a Skullcandy Crusher.) It was amazing. Sure, it did leave some things to desire. The microphone could have been better, according to my friends. It was very comfortable though, and it sounded great to me!

Good sound but wont last forever – The sound from this headset is really good with some extra base compared to other headsets I’ve used. There doesn’t seem to be any noise canceling features other than the fact that the headset covers your ears and I can still hear everything around me while wearing it. The microphone is annoying as it continues to straighten back to its original position and it can’t be detached or rotated out of the way so I have to drape the cord over it to get it out of my face. Lastly, the cord is the same as the headset I bought this one to replace. The cord has braided fibers that form a rope-like exterior, which will do well to protect it from damage that originates from the outside. But inside, there are very small and thinly insulated wires which will be rubbed raw by the rough exterior through normal use, especially at parts that are frequently bent and straightened like where it enters and exits the volume control. It took two years for that to happen to my last headset and then the sound stopped working on one side. Hopefully this one lasts as long. Overall, the headset is very good quality in construction and sound for the low price I paid so despite the flaws I’m aware of, I give it 4/5.

Unless you keep your controller 6″ from the USB port while you play, don’t expect to have lights. – Cable that plugs into USB port is very short, this cord turns on the lights.. lights are super important but they do look cool when they are on, but I don’t play onto of my console. The sound is great, I can hear things I normally couldn’t hear on the game very comfortable and is clear sounding.

My young son really enjoys them so far, but… – Okay. I’m giving this headset five stars because my nine year old really enjoys them so far. He says they fit well, are comfortable, have a good microphone, and despite the fact that they really aren’t noise canceling, they have really good sound quality. Now, we bought them to be mainly used on a Nintendo Switch, which does not allow for use of the LED lights and I don’t feel that that was made very clear in the advertisement. I would knock it down a star or two for that if it was just me. Although my son is a bit bummed about that, he still enjoys them, and I’m sure he’ll be using them on his laptop soon enough.
