Great sound, cheap construction – My first impression of these headphones is that they sound amazing, but are incredibly fragile. The mic arm feels like it could easily snap from the slightest amount of excess force (not to mention mutes by pushing the arm up rather than with a button), the wire feels thin with the jack at the end featuring an elbow connector just begging to break, and the plastic, while nice and lightweight, feels weak. My previous headphones were only $20 with great sound quality and durability that lasted 5 years. In comparison, these feel like they might break at any moment – not $80 material.

I was surprised. – At first, just using the Aux I was quite disappointed. The audio was quiet and had a somewhat muffled sound. When I plugged in the USB adapter and downloaded the JBL software. I messed with the equalizer to suit my preferences. there was a big difference there was a quality increase. they have good bass I can feel them shaking on my head. I’m a bass head so that was a must when buying headphones. In the end, they’re a great pair of headphones for the price. I can with confidence say you get what you pay for.

Don’t by the JBL’s, get the HyperX Cloud series instead! – NOT RECOMMENDED! Long read but worth it to fully understand before you waste money!

Honestly not ideal – Look somewhere else for audio quality, don’t bother if you don’t have a mixer its an L.

Good lightweight gaming headset for small heads – To preface, I have an extraordinarily small head. When I’m looking for headphones, I don’t have the luxury of just picking the best quality or crispest sound or even best value… because most headphones do not size small enough to comfortably fit my head. I resort to earbuds in most situations, but I wanted a good mic’d headset for gaming/chatting online. I used to use a Turtlebeach wired headset, but when the mic broke, I thought I’d upgrade to a wireless set. Every wireless set I tried was way too bulky and heavy. Logitech’s G935 fit me, but was so heavy it hurt my head and neck after a full day of wear.
