Arrived with the QWERTY row of keys not working – The QWERTY row of keys was DOA from Amazon. I saw online other people having issues with the keyboard. Tried resetting keyboard to factory defaults. No luck/same issue. Returning. went with a Corsair that works fine. Its frustrating when manufacturing issues/inconsistencies ruin an otherwise great product.

Solid keyboard. Zero issues – I’ve had this keyboard for a couple weeks, and haven’t found one thing I dislike about it yet. The metal frame keeps it planted, the software from HyperX works well, and the function of the keyboard is exactly as advertised.

Sturdy and sooo customizable – Noting it takes up 2 usb slots. Not a deal breaker for me. It has the features for it and if wanted to; could customize each individual key. I had this keyboard on mind for awhile now and definitely do not regret getting it.

My first Amazon Renewed purchase was a hit – First time I have tried Amazon Renewed and am very happy. Keyboard was not in original packaging but in every other way it was flawless from what I can see. Keyboard itself is as advertised…nice clicky but not too loud switches…RGB is super bright. I have the explosion effect on right now. Every key I hit becomes the center of an expanding wave of RGB colors. It makes me a little seasick the effect is so strong (you can turn down speed of effect and brightness). The software IS a little weird and sometimes the programming doesn’t seem to take effect until you get out of it…but it is fine. Nice purchase, especially for $50 off.

The reason I’m writing this is because I am incredibly impressed by the quality of the keyboard’s renewal!
