Amazing headphones, not exceptionally user friendly – I really enjoy edifier products so I was stoked about this product. However, I got this product and while it looks fairly sleek, it was quickly disheartening. I could not figure out how to make this product work. It does not come with information. Online I was able to figure out that maybe I need to download software for it, but when I tried to download it, it gave me a zip drive and it was not easy to figure out what needs to be opened for it to work. I am still really confused.

No one can hear me with this microphone – Unless someone has an answer for this, when I use the USB to connect to my computer, no one can hear from the built in mic. My friends say it sounds like I’m talking from across the room or extremely quiet when I’m practically screaming through it. No solutions online or any settings that needed to be fixed, not even any drivers for this headset to update. Considering returning it if I don’t have a solution.

Now the second one has audio tearing and the mic will not work. I just have to use my old headphones and microphone. I’m not wasting anymore of my time with a product like this.

PC ONLY! DOESNT WORK FOR XBOX – First couple days used on pc with the type-c to type-a connection. And they seemed amazing. Today I’ve been trying to get them to work for Xbox, using the 3.5mm connection. None of the buttons on the headset will work with this connection, and neither will the mic. Can’t even control the volume level.

Solid 4-star headset – This is a good headset overall though a bit overpriced in my opinion. I got this headset as a spare for when my son’s friend comes over so they can do some PC gaming together. Connecting via Bluetooth is as straight forward as it gets so no issues there at all. It’s a nice build and sits pretty comfortably on your head. The mic is easily adjustable as well. I think the coolest part is the light effect. The light color and function are adjustable with a button press so it’s pretty easy to dial it in to your preference. The clear plastic over the lighted area gives a pretty high-end, polished look. Sound is pretty much on par for what I would’ve expected with a headset in this price range. Overall, a solid 4-star headset but at this price, there may be better options out there.

This is a great little starter headset for people who don’t want to cover half their small-to-medium heads in earcups, need something lightweight, and don’t need a lot of bells and whistles yet.
