Amazing Set! My Gaming Teen LOVES it! Superb Customer Service! – I have stalked this keyboard and mouse combo for a year on Amazon because I knew it was perfect for my nearly 13 year old son who games NON-STOP on a large, touchscreen PC. We have purchased endless wireless keyboards, mouses, and headsets and I learned fast that when it comes to gaming….you can either waste tons of money on wireless only to get endless lag and complaints from your teens…OR you can buy wired devices that are much faster and don’t need replacement every six months.

I bought this twice and would buy a third. – I initially bought this USB corded keyboard in April 2020 for $32.09 because many of the keys on my old gaming laptop stopped working. I chose it because it lights up since the laptop permanently lives on a laptop table next to my bed in a perpetually dark room because I never open the blackout drapes. I use a second keyboard with that laptop which sits directly on the laptop in the mouse pad area. I cannot keep this keyboard in that spot because it touches keys on the laptop which happen to work so it sits in my lap during use due to my setup. This keyboard is a repurchase during September 2022 for $28.02 because it had been dropped so many times by me and my cats that I had to keep wiggling the cord to make it work until I got fed up. Since keyboards are not meant to be dropped repeatedly on hard wood floors or abused by multiple cats, I cannot fault it for no longer working. It served me well for 2 years. At this price point, I had no reservation making a repurchase. The keys have a much nicer sound than other keyboards I have used. I cannot comment on the mouse since I am not using it because like the one I already have.

The CP keyboard is a bit annoying, as the name, which is front and center on it, is always lit up, even when you turn the PC off. It was something I became used to, but the keyboard itself was not very good anyways, as the keys are a bit stiff and some of the keys that were used more often than others began to wear out (the letters or numbers written on them would wear away, leaving a blank key).

It’s Eh – It’s a quick cheap keyboard if you need something now. The keys are very loud and the letters started to wear off from use after a few months. The lights are bright but you’re stuck with the rainbow pattern it comes with. Im not sure if you can change them as I never really attempted to aside from googling it. But overall it’s good for the money and moderate use. If you’re gaming the WASD keys will rub off quickly.
