10 reviews for GIGABYTE M27Q 27″ 170Hz 1440P -KVM Gaming

Didn’t get a lemon! – I’m happy! I didn’t get a lemon! My own regret is that I have buyer’s remorse because everything about 1080 was actually just so optimized, and the picture quality really isn’t that much of a difference for me. That’s my fault though, not the manufacturer or item’s fault.

KVM switch is amazing for quality of life, but low quality brings down the M27Q – This is a review for the M27Q, not the entire list of monitors on the Amazon product page.

8 bit color only over 120Hz – This is overall a good gaming display, but I want to point out something that I don’t see anyone mentioned before. This display only supports 10 bit color up to 120Hz. If you select the refresh rate higher than 120Hz, it will go to 8 bit color. My other gaming display, while only support up to 144Hz, it can support 10 bit color at that refresh rate. So if you are using this monitor both for gaming and for production work, you might need to switch between 170 Hz, for gaming and then back down to 120 Hz to do color accuracy work. Whereas for my other monitor, I can just leave it at 144Hz.
