Good headset for the money – I purchased this because of the braided cables, because my cat suddenly took a liking to nipping through my expensive earbud cords. So far it has been cat-proof, and I’m very satisfied at the quality of the cables. The USB hook-up has worked perfectly for me.

O.M.G! – As the title says: Oh My God! I think i am in love with a pair of headphones. After pulling them out of the box they were huge but surprisingly light. I am a big guy and have a big head and these are not only comfortable on my head, but fit all the way around my over-sized ears perfectly and don’t cause any discomfort. i will say with them on i cant hear much going on around me so if you need to monitor the environment around you either get a different set or leave one ear cracked. As for the Audio… u do need to go to fantech.id and download the drivers however they don’t tell you which ones to download as the model of HG11 isn’t listed as one of the downloads. You need to download the Captain 7.1 drivers, they are the correct ones they just don’t list the model number for them. Install doesn’t take very long and will require a reboot. once rebooted, plug in the headset and double-click the Fantech icon in your system tray. Once you configure your EQ and 3D settings to your liking, go Netflix Jurassic park again and fast forward to the T-Rex scene. Then prepare to get shivers running down your spine and your blood curdling as it roars. Or go play a 3D game, either will work. Sound settings may take a bit to set up right, there is a lot you need to do to get it to sound the way you want but it is easy as dragging sliders or icons around on the screen to set the sound field and EQ settings. this headset has the performance to do it and the bass response is nothing short of awesome. If i had a subwoofer in the room i swear my whole body would be shaking as hard as my head was when T-Rex roared! Now to go watch a SciFi movie with a good space battle. Bet that will sound awesome too!

Very Satisfied Purchase! – I was nervous about purchasing this headset mainly due to the number of reviews and ratings but I am happy that I took the chance. For the price, you can’t beat it! It comes with the stand and that kinda sold me on buying this. The headset is lightweight and the stand is really cool! My only complaint that I have is that this is a gaming PC headset though it was under the PS4 Gaming Headset. So, I bought it thinking it was for the PS4 but it wasn’t. When I opened it and pulled it out, I panicked a little because I wasn’t sure if the usb would fit in my PS4 usb port, but it did fit! I was so relieved! It’s a good headset! My buddies commented how less noisy my background is and how clear my voice sounds, so, that’s awesome! Would recommend, I haven’t had a gaming headset in many years so, I don’t have anything to compare it too, but I like it and the price is great!
