Easy mute button – I value an easy on off talk/mute button. They are at the left ear with mic, so it’s easy to toggle during game play with mute and volume. Long enough cord to not accidentally disconnect.

Decent enough for a kid – My son was using a webcam mic and his cousin said he can barely hear him in the chat while playing video games. Too much “room sound” and echoey. I got him these instead and he seems to like it. His cousin says his voice is nice and clear now. I like that the volume controls are behind one of the ear cups. No heavy dangling in-line controls to deal with. The price was just enough I’m willing to pay. The only complaint is that he said his ears get hot and sweaty after using it.

Good customer service – ORIGINAL 3 STAR REVIEW: I’ve had this headset for about a year now and use it about twice a week. I certainly haven’t treated it extremely well but I’m not intentionally rough with anything. The mic falls though now and doesn’t keep itself in place. The headset starts to hurt my head after awhile but I have a big head and wear glasses. It doesn’t cancel much noise which is fine for me. Has great audio and mic quality though and I still use it today.
