Overall good – I use them for my customer service job. They work well. They stay charged the whole shift too which is 8 hours. The battery probably lasts longer than 8hours but I put them on the charger after each shift. The mute button is easily accessible and it alerts you when mic is on or muted. The volume is easily adjustable. The only issue is my background is still heard! I really wanted something that cancels out my sound but I rarely work in an area where it is a lot of background noise. Good pricing

I like em – I’m just testing it now. So far, i love the fact that this has a wireless transmitter BUT you can also use Bluetooth. My game consoles don’t have Bluetooth unless i use a Bluetooth transmitter in them so i can’t test that but with the included cable, i can plug the headset into my controller and chat as i play. I’m watching YouTube using these headphones now and i didn’t have to make any adjustments to treble and bass in my computer as the defaults are great. I’m not much of an audiophile and if i was, i probably wouldn’t have bought these but this for gaming not music but it’s nice to know that it’s an option. Mute button doesn’t work in wired mode but lifting the microphone up does mute. As i use these for work, i love that since i won’t think about the mute button much anyway UPDATE: as far as audio goes it’s perfect but for the Microphone, it works better with the wireless transmitter versus Bluetooth on Windows computers. I use this device for work and the microwave is essential. There are no driver discs or webpage so you have to rely on Windows drivers built in.
