Thought I was DOOMED for my Series X – At First I thought I was DOOMED after opening the package and seeing the only way this Mix amp connects to the SERIES X is through the USB connection. I connected the mix amp to my Series x with my console ALREADY ON…. the mix amp did NOTHING except for light up… *panic sets in*

Frustrating Design – This product works as advertised but only exposing certain controls via the “Astro Command Center” software is a poor design decision. Switching between playing games using the MixAmp and watching video through speakers on Xbox One is a frustrating experience.
