A lovely new welcome – (Slight tldr pros and cons below) I’ve had the first gen since 2018 and when I saw the second gen I just had to get them and put old reliable in retirement. As of first getting the gen 2 and writing this review I have loved the 2 gen. Both comfortable and light as well as decent color selection but it’s easier if I do pros and cons

A Seller that went ABOVE and BEYOND! – I received the headset I ordered in the timeframe I was given. That pleased me. Upon arrival, the box looked too big for only one item. Opening it, I learned I was correct. There were TWO headsets, one of each color. I pulled out the invoice, knowing that there had been a mistake. Imagine my complete SURPRISE when I also found a hand-written letter that said something like, “Merry Christmas! Enjoy the second headset on us!” What a magnificent gift! I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase and especially the unexpected way that this seller went ABOVE and BEYOND, making this a very special gift, or rather, GIFTS, for my 13-year old nephew. A Merry Christmas indeed!
