Reminds me of my GC Pelican – I was looking for something to evoke the nostalgia and simple delight of being a 13 year old with a GameCube and a light up controller playing video games, and that’s exactly what this does.

Headphones not working properly – I tried multiple sets of headsets but sound will only come out of one side. Everything else seems to working well.

*updated* Died right at 2 months – Updated 11/28/21 I submitted our info on PDP’s website on a Wednesday. Got a response that day with instruction on steps to resetting stuff on the Switch by going through several menus. It worked, so I’m updating the review. Thrilled with their customer service. The controller has a little drift, and would probably rate it a 4.5 if that were an option. Based on customer service response alone I’d definitely order other PDP gaming products.

Lights Change! So cool! – My son was so excited that he could set the lights to change or set to different colors! Most switch controls do not have a headset Jack but these do so that was a selling point! He can dock the switch and still use the head set! Great for the price! It was the cheapest one we could find with that ability and it is great quality!

It’s good, not the best – This controller is pretty and makes you feel cool because of the neon lights. It would almost be perfect except there is one major problem for me. There is a weird black button behind it that is huge as heck so when you play you are bound to touch it because it is unavoidable. While I am playing games, if I press the back pad it will trigger my controller to do something else than what I wanted it to do. For example, don’t play dead by daylight with this controller. It will totally ruin your games because you will accidentally press the back pad and your character will start crouch mid chase. . It’s okay for animal crossing but if I accidentally press that back pad it will bring up the chat menu or some other weird thing. This could’ve been a perfect controller if it wasn’t for that back pad.

Great controller, but does not have rumble feature as described. – this controller is really a great deal and the lights are so cool! i love it, however i am only giving 4 stars because of the misleading description… i was really sad when i realized there was not actually any “dual vibration” or rumble feature as described in the listing/product description.
